Telnic pulls a cunning move !

Is it enough just to make a link to this forum in the letter to them? Or it needs to describe all the case in details in the letter?

It's enough to write a short e-mail to fraud@companieshouse.gov.uk with the following information:

Company name and address: Telnic Limited, 37 Percy Street, London, W1T 2DJ
Company registered number: 03555437
Your complaint: What is your complaint against the company?

You can make a complaint if you have reasonable grounds to suspect a company that is currently active of:

• Causing significant harm to customers, suppliers, etc.

• Serious misconduct, e.g. company assets have not been used properly
  
• Having a significant irregularity in its affairs

All four reasons reflect Telnic's behaviour, but number 1 and 2 fit the best.

I indeed do not know are my suspicious reasonable or not? Because if suspicions are reasonable then they are not suspicions but a certainty.

"Dear Sirs,
 
I suspect that Telnic Ltd intentionally delays to publish company’s annual financial report for the financial year of 2013.
 
Now we already have the date of 25th of December 2014, and still not have Telnic Ltd report from the year 2013. As a customer and a buyer of products of Telnic Ltd, I worry very much about situation in this company because it can influence my business.

2015 will be interesting. Probably another year without progress, but perhaps with some legal occurrences.

It's so sad that Telnic spends all its energy for irregular activities. .tel could have become great, but instead Telnic decided to destroy .tel for its own benefit.

It won't be the first time that due to deception a member of Telnic's management board has to go to prison:

To keep it simple:

I.e. as long Telnic pays it debts, Telnic isn't bankrupt.
Since Telnic is hiding its balance sheet, we can't know at what moment this situation occurs exactly.
We only know from Telnic's history and the current business development that around the current point of time all assets should be gone already.

Telnic has several options now:

• Applying for (new) debts
  
• Applying for increasing shares from the shareholders
  
• Increasing revenues (currently not realistic)
  
• Selling the company (complete unrealistic)
  
• Filing for bankruptcy
  

However, no matter what plans Telnic has, it must fulfill its obligations to publish its company records.
In this matter Telnic currently violates the law!

This is also unrealistic, because a financial institution wants to see the balance sheet:

For option 1 it wouldn't be necessary to hide the balance sheet from the public.

Consequently the most realistic option is delaying the insolvency as long as possible, collecting as much money as possible from the domain owners, paying luxury salaries meanwhile and filing for insolvency after the possibility to keep the company alive has gone.

That answers all open questions (and explains why Telnic doesn't want to invest money in developing the product anymore)!

Before it was only speculation, but with the current move by Telnic it becomes clear.
