    Meanwhile, everyone who has dealt with .tel knows that something is wrong with this TLD.
    This raises the question who is to blame for the misery:

    1. Telnic: Doing nothing for many years
    2. Shareholders of Telnic: Only waiting and doing nothing
    3. Registrars: Not supporting .tel because of the not attraktiv end product
    4. Registrants: Not developing nonfunctional .tel domains
    5. Domain investors: Complaining about Telnic for doing nothing
    6. Developers: Leaving because of missing support by Telnic
    7. Power users: Getting angry with Telnic

    So, who caused the crisis?
