Telnames Promo Site Video no longer playable

Telnames uses http://YourBusiness.tel as a Promo Site to showcase what a Telnames .tel has to offer.

But if I click the video play button (the video is the TV ad) on http://YourBusiness.tel I just get the message "This video is private."

I am using IE8 on a Windows desktop PC at the moment - can some others see if they get the same error message ?

I will act as Telnames support this evening and publish the video code for the TV ad that works - on both their CMO site http://IanBM.tel and one of my sites http://ThePhotographer.tel

The video code to be entered on http://YourBusiness.tel to correct the error is:

I am using Chrome and the same it says video private.

OK they've definitely got a problem with their Promo Site video not playing - but also the resolution to this in Post No.3 above.
