    It's very simple, 
    1. Visit: http://www.Telcritic.com
    2. Register (It's free)
    3. Click Submit Articles link under Member Account menu on right side
    4. You will be prompted with an article form, which will contain
    [/size]

    • Title (Article Title)
    • Short Description (Intro/Summary of the article)
    • Description/Full Content (Full article content)
    • Tags (relevant keywords for the article)

    5. Hit Submit Article button

    Just to add on, you can include a link in your article as long as the link goes to a .tel site and not any other extension. In other words, you are allowed to submit general articles but will not be allowed to use anchor text with in the article if the link is not a .tel related site.
