Developer resources I have been here over a year and I never found this http://dev.telnic.org/trac/discussion And heres a wiki I thought didn't exist? http://dev.telnic.org/trac/wiki/TracWiki Not sure what else I can say well maybe DOH! Well at least I have another use for my .tel, storing links to places TELNIC buried under 30 layers of confusing interfaces. http://www.health.qld.gov.au/chrisp/...lbox_small.jpg |
Bunjie, I'm sorry you only found this now, and I would say you exaggerate when you say "30 layers" since the Dev wiki is available from the main menu: dev.telnic.org > Developers. On that page, http://dev.telnic.org/trac, you will find the usual Wiki controls at the top, a Wiki TOC on the right, a link to Wiki in the left menu, and an overview of features including the Wiki on the main page itself. If you feel the text should be changed, you're welcome to edit accordingly - it's a wiki. Now that you and more people start using the Wiki and other dev facilities more actively, we hope you will find it useful and convenient. All registered developers have the following tools at their disposal on dev.telnic.org: - Separate forum - Wiki - Source code SVN repository - Bug tracker - RSS for all / any update to dev.telnic.org - Full API references, whitepapers, manuals In the source code repository, you will find libraries, code for various free apps we've delivered, as well as sample code. I remember somebody mentioning that it's inconvenient to copy code from the browser as the line numbers get copied as well. That's probably because you are using the online browser, and not the code itself. With the online browser, you can view revisions and diffs such as this http://dev.telnic.org/trac/changeset...ple_client.php . If you simply need to use the code, you can do an SVN checkout and get a copy. More on the source code at http://dev.telnic.org/trac/wiki/SourceCode PS: can I please rename this thread into "Developer resources" / "Developer Wiki"? The current title is misleading and not informative. |
You can change anything you want, your the mod I'm too tired to argue. |
