Daytonac, You could start on up if you have the time. There lots of different scripts out there to help if you dont want to create one yourself. There have been a few attempts at this from what I can remember. But beware that some of these auction sites (for various tlds) I have seen in the past have been purely to ride the "hype" wave or to help the site owners either sell there own domains or buy more domains. Dot tel domains selling at 5-10 dollars if no further bids would neither help the aftermarket nor your pocket |
Dot tel domains selling at 5-10 dollars if no further bids would neither help the aftermarket nor your pocket true, but at the moment, there going to fall off my account for nothing and you can't even give them away on ebay, thanx for the the suggestion though. simon, can you tell me more about creating a auction site, thanx andre' |
One aftermarket site I remember is Funk.me which used http://www.smartscriptsolutions.com/domain-trader/ They had a adsense program going which must have cost a bit but helped generate a fair bit of traffic. The thing is .me had a big hype to start with. That site seemed to die a death after 4 months or so. If you were to do the same you would need publicity and probally want to be selective on the quality you allowed to be listed. |
thanx for that simon, shall look into it,. DC |
