One word high Value generics are still available. Using Marks tools and Dottel.net lists I have found some extremely valuable one word generic terms and some good two word combo's as well. It's ridiculous that I'm picking these up for $9.99. Some of these are strong category highly searched terms for yellow pages. Thanks Mark and Dottel.net- |
Yes lots available. Was planning to compile a list but haven't found the time. Mark |
Here's an entire list of recently dropped generics you can still buy ... http://teldomains.co/?go=drops&f=&x=99 Greyed out means bought, green means available. Mark |
When things take off I don't know what the value will be for names like these but surely it won't be close to $9.99 Cheers! Thanks again for the lists and search tools for drops Mark. |
3,200 dropped generic words are still available to be registered. Many more phrases although haven't listed them. Mark |
One of the better ones on the list: Mercenary.tel Talk about a biz card that would grab someones attention! |
Up-to-date available drops Here's a list that is maintained daily of available recently dropped generics and phrases. Mark |
Thanks Mark, there are several villages and towns in your dropped phrases. Just picked up Hex ham.tel (Market Town in Northumberland) Got ham.tel (village in Notts) is there and only got as far as Ms. Any Scottish .tellers want a seaside town Mont rose.tel is in Mark's list and still available at name.com. Will get it in a couple of days if no one else wants it. Don't want to be greedy, have only taken what I have time to develop. there are probably a few more in there somewhere. |
don't forget you can use the easy and clean search tool at http://buyatel.com to also check for domains as well as the daily drop lists athttp://dottel.net you can also have the system monitor any names you're after and email you should they ever enter the drop system. that's already saved me time and helped me catch some fantastic geo names which I might have missed if I had to trawl through hundreds of domains |
@dottel agreed.. buyatel.com and Mark's tools as well have helped us purchase numerous valuable names. Thanks to both and keep up the good work. |
Thanks, pickups up 4 my self. including Lebanese.tel Laurel.tel |
Over 160 generics bought yesterday. Mark |
most of the buys are by one person... http://dottel.net/daily-dot-tel-registrations#regs lets hope these also don't get dropped again this time next year |

Yep, hoarding and undevelopment doesn't help. I'd rather see real businesses buying these generics as I know they won't be developed. However, a few buyers of available generics have taken advantage of my tweets. Mark[/size] |
my daily drop tweets also seem to get picked up - i'd encourage others who might like a dropping tel if they don't want to reg it, tweet it to their followers. its easy and quick just click the tweet button either at http://buyatel.com or http://dottel.net against the dropping name also look out for my daily pick of the drops tweet |
"Necessity is the mother of invention". I don't sit around and wait for Telnic to enhance .tel, I still develop based on what exists and write tools to better the experience. No excuse for not developing what you own even if you plan to sell later - enhance what you have to get a better price. The bulk of tel domains still have only the registrar name in it and that helps no one including those that hoard to sell (or dump) later. Mark |
