    I can't seem to figure out the answer to my security question, although I know my password. The only reason I suddenly needed it was I would really like to use the telStats. Anyway to reset the security q/a without knowing the old one?

    i faced the same problem few weeks ago and the telnic support team has promptly reset my password. I hope we can do it our self in the future.
