My recommendation:
1. Drop all your .tel domains (without exceptions). It's only waste of time and money!
2. Buy meaningful nTLD domains.
3. Develop a website with it (what you can't do with a .tel).
4. As soon a lot of brands are using nTLD domains in their commercials actively, the world in the domain world will change dramatically. (But no one will care about .tel!)

If I compare innovation.group and innovationgroup.com, I believe new domains will have more value than .com domains in the future.
