I only don't have any idea how Telnic want to achieve a high sales price.

Every potential buyer will wait until Telnic is even more under pressure, because Telnic will really struggle if they are forced to extend the .tel registry agreement next year.
Telnic hasn't only no money anymore, but as proven absolutely no motivation to spend more effort for .tel, either.

What if Telnic has only recognized that the time is not yet ripe for .tel and is forced to wait for a changed environment?
