After Telnames has transferred all domains to internet.bs, why do they need the subsidiary Beeside Limited now?

Probably Telnic had other plans with Telnames earlier, e.g. finding a partner for the distribution of domains from Telnames.
But after this plan has failed, they just got rid of the existing domains by transferring them to internet.bs.
After this transaction, Telnic won't have the administration costs for Telnames anymore.
In addition Telnic won't violate ICANN regulations like in the past anymore:

For internet.bs this can be only beneficial, because they have no additional costs, but will get the renewal fees for Telnames domains in the future.

This could be an important requirement for extending the .tel registry agreement between ICANN and Telnic that will expire in three months.

Direct services at telnames.com have now been closed

All customer services have now been moved to Internet.bs

As part of a strategic partnership Telnames have now assigned all .tel domain subscriptions and contracts to Internet Domain Services BS Corp (Internet.bs), effective from 1st February 2016.

Is my Telnames design changing to the standard Registrar .tel design?

No. All existing Telnames customers will continue to use the more advanced Telnames hosting setup. All new domain registrations through existing customer accounts will also use the more advanced Telnames hosting setup. In the future you may be given the option to choose which .tel website design you prefer but for now the Telnames design is the only design available through www.internet.bs for existing Telnames customers. www.internet.bs new customers and existing customers will continue to use the standard TelNIC registrar offering.

So the Telnames single-page format as shown by YourBusiness.tel, complete with image gallery, video,  background image, PayPal facility, etc., all easily loadable from the Control Panel, is NOT available to either New .Tel Registrants or Existing .Tel Registrants (unless they already have at least 1 Telnames .tel).

    BIG MISTAKE IMO !

PS. I was going to transfer some of my Telnic .tels to internet.bs to get the Telnames format - but as I no longer have a Telnames account it's not possible - that's lost business and lost promotion for the Telnames format buyer internet.bs !

They got the .bs part right. More bullsh*t from Telnic. Luckily no one cares any more.

Is failed entrepreneur Khashayar Maldavi still in control of Telnic?

    Of course:
    https://companycheck.co.uk/company/03555437/TELNIC-LIMITED/directors-secretaries
That's the reason why .tel hasn't seen any improvement yet.
