    ... example to demonstrate business failure:

    • no product development
    • no consideration of customer wishes
    • no support of partners
    • no communication
    • doing tricky business moves
    • wasting money on useless activities
    • paying high salaries to many directors
    • ignoring regulations
    • launching a vintage design
    • asking for high registration fees and claiming to be cheap

    You need to understand that .tel was a scam. A con from Day 1 and lots of people got s*cked in. The objective was never to make .tel a success but to milk cash from the extension while paying lip-service with minimal development.
