If like me you won't ever contact cservice@telnic.org because you don't want to deal with them directly, you'll likely never receive a login.

Good plan to get rid of people they don't want on the service, and of whom they know won't contact them. lol they just have to not issue logins to people they don't like and blame you for not emailing them.

    3. What happens if I do not receive my new account details by end of February 2017?
If you have not received account details for your new Telhosting account by the end of February 2017, you should contact Telnic by sending an email to cservice@telnic.org confirming the domain name(s) in question. We will be using the email address that you have stored in your old Telhosting account profile for your new TelHosting account. Additionally we will use the email address that is associated with the domain registrant in our WHOIS to contact you. To ensure that you receive our communications, you are advised to ensure that these email addresses are current and accurate.

    @whatthetel

    Thank you so much!

    Now I understand!

Telnic has never planned to send the logins to people who don't ask for it!

Telnic is confirming again that they are more lazy than anyone can imagine! Nobody has received the logins yet, but that is happening on purpose!

And I was waiting for it since 13th February every day! Stupid me!

Telnic won't send any login credentials for the new platform.
Users have to reset their login at: https://www.managemy.tel

I see that a number of .tels are attached as one account (if you were using one email address as a webmaster for example)

A menu is created allowing then a multiple choice of which .tel you intend to work on.

My login data I have also received. Is it possible to generate a normal website only after March 23rd? I can then change the name server to allow that

Just tried that - using the email address showing on my WHOIS records - and get the error message:

"The email address you entered is not associated with any user"

    2 questions:

Q1. Has anyone actually used https://www.managemy.tel successfully to get their new login credentials ?

Q2. Or has this only been achieved by emailing Telnic after nothing was received on or around 13 February ?

    Thanks, http://MikeSeaton.tel

PS. My TelHosting account (accessed via Name.com) does not have a separate email address stored at Name.com.

    That's the plan.
You only have to update the name server at your registrar.
I can imagine that it will take some time until all registrars will lift the restrictions and will enable the name server change.

It seems that Telnic has started sending out the login data to all registrants today (with a delay of 8 days).

Thanks @Expert - I've received nothing yet for any of my many .TEL domains - but will give it a day or so before emailing Telnic.

Perhaps they only send login credentials to people who tow the Telnic party line ?

No, I received the credentials without any action on my side.
Maybe you have too many domains, so that Telnic needs more time to collect all data for you.

OK - got it now !

    BUT:

    1.  No explanation is given for the 8-day delay from 13 February, assuming the emails were produced in conjunction with a simple script going through a database, it seems unprofessional of Telnic not to at least say why they couldn't deliver when the paying customer expected it.

    2. No explanation is given as to what the procedure is, and when, for a .Tel user to set up the alternative option of "Normal DNS".

Maybe the 1 active Telnic member of staff that appears to be left - Huw Stead - has other things to do as well now that he is working from home ?

Nothing wrong with working from home of course - I do it a lot - but you should still deliver what your company promises when, or in advance of, the date your paying customer has been led to believe it will happen !

    It's called "Being Professional" !

Why would you expect the monkeys that run Telnic to be professional?
