e-Directory - too expensive $150 per month plus.

TelBlogger, you can try to talk with this man (his nickname there is "stwa"). You will need to register in that Russian TEL forum to contact him by PM or ICQ. I do not know level of his English but it is a lesser problem, I think.

He has experience with third-party tool programming for TELs and he was interested in TELs some time ago and may have good ideas about converting your former TELsite to a good regular site. May be the solution could be not complicated and not expensive.

Hope you all are well, not sure if it makes sense but if you are looking for solutions for tel don't waste your money looking out desperately for developers give us a chance most probably we will have a solution very soon and it will be cheaper than what you intend to find in market now, moreover you have nothing to lose in hosting as is hosted for you to the highest standards with auto backups as well as full support. 

We had a hurdle switching our dns but it's done now, now left is fixing of the links the subdomains creation is possible but little glitch with the showing of links. The design and responsiveness so be fixed also by Friday. InshaAllah

And then scroll down on the dashboard and add the domain when it detect your dns is to us automatically your domain will appear and you can start creating the domain. And subdomains. 

You have an option to publish our unpublish it right away moreover we are adding features that you could alot a specific subdomain or subdomains to a specific person as sub user and let them manage it for you or you could charge people to cover your costs.

That man is not a friend of mine, he is just one of users of that Russian TEL-forum. Would he be interested in doing that work or not I do not know.

Better I will come to Boracay. I do not windsurf, but it could be a fine adventure if it is possible to rent for few dollars a day some cheap room or small attic without any comfort, and if there would be legal for me to draw portraits and cartoons on promenade for tourists and to take money for that.  : )
