Domain Monster

Is anyone currently having a problem renewing .tel domains registered at Domain Monster?

I have been trying to renew a few since Tuesday (20th) and get the message "renewal pending". Domain Monster haven't responded to my email and phone calls are met with annoying music only - not even a greeting message.

I have no idea if this could help
but I couldn't register .tel on dynadot from 06/16
status was register pending

I chat with dynadot support and they said something wrong with registry's(telnames) side.
support told me they would investigate it with developing team and let me know.

And I got email on 06/22(took 6days) that says
The order that you placed with us on 2017/06/16 has finished processing.
No explanation, but ok with me, things have settled.
Registrar are busy with flooding new gTlds,so they can't keep up with trivial ...

I noticed telnames updated their system recently.
That change might have affectted on some registrar with token or something.

I had a problem renewing a .tel domain with OVH. 

Paid on June 16, operation completed on June 20th. 

Error messages were "Registry 'info' command failed" and "Operation as reached max retries". 

I think the Registry has problems.

I've just renewed a couple of .Tel Domains at https://www.name.com

Everything processed as normal - I then checked about a minute later at https://www.whois.com and the new expiry dates of 2018 were showing OK.

So whatever the problem is/was, it's all as normal for those using https://www.name.com

Thanks for the replies. Domain Monster have charged me for the renewals but still show the action as pending, and the whois expiry date hasn't been updated. I've sent them a further email and will keep you updated.

I renewed a .eu domain with them today and that was ok, and I also renewed some domains registered with name.com without problem.

Telnic/Telnames ??? say that the problem is not at their end.

Blunder, please contact 123-reg .co . uk as they are the new owners of domainmonster since i came to know of this i moved all my remaining .me also from there.
