Contacted Telnames Customer Service and yes(!), they answered back in 5 days.
Some worth knowing things:
On the do.tel website the app (IOS) is pointing to the manage-my-tel app, but that one is not available anymore in the Apple store.
I reported that back.

We are currently looking into the feasibility of offering a https service on Telhosting but do not have any timescale yet to communicate.
Unfortunately, the app won't let me login.Our Telnames mobile app is published in the Apple store. It is called "Telnames Mobile Website Builder".
