Telnames Customer Service

First post! Glad to meet Tel fans here ;-)

Contacted Telnames Customer Service and yes(!), they answered back in 5 days.
Some worth knowing things:

We are currently looking into the feasibility of offering a https service on Telhosting but do not have any timescale yet to communicate.

Our Telnames mobile app is published in the Apple store. It is called "Telnames Mobile Website Builder".

Unfortunately, the app won't let me login.
On the do.tel website the app (IOS) is pointing to the manage-my-tel app, but that one is not available anymore in the Apple store. 
I reported that back.
