That's the requirement for Telpages to pick up your .tel which usually happens within 48 hours after publishing.
In case you have published your .tel domains correctly, I recommend sending an e-mail to customerservice@telnic.org.
The customer service of Telnic is always fast and can check directly at the source.

Yes, Finnland.tel has 1 website entry on the first page (and also on the subdomains).
If you placed these links there more than 2 days ago, the technicians at Telnic have to investigate why Telpages hasn't picked up this domain so far.
