    Telnic's strategyConsequence
    Telnic deleted the roadmap..tel sales have collapsed.
    Telnic censored and locked the .tel forum.Teltalk has been created and all problems are discussed widely.
    Telnic made improvements for .tel only at Telnames.Customers became disappointed and went away.
    Telnic doesn’t communicate with customers.The potential of .tel stays unused.
    Telnic canceled all marketing and doesn’t update the Telnic website.The community doesn’t trust in the continuation of the .tel service anymore.
    Telnic ignored all criticism (and has never responded).The reputation from Telnic is suffering.

    Here are some common internet search facts:

    95% of internet users do not search past the first page of search engine results.
    80% of the United States population researches a product on the internet before purchasing.
    72% of those that research will not buy if there’s a negative comment.

    @Tim Spears
    Good summary clearly showing Management Actions and their Consequences !

    @FrankW
    Interesting article at www.gppros.com/online-reputation - here's a quote from it:

    Handling Negative Reviews
    When you see negative content or reviews about your business online, it’s important that you act quickly. There is a saying, “Silence is consent.”
    Many sites such as Yelp let the business owner respond to the reviews. The longer you wait to respond, the more potential customers see the negative review and believe it’s a true representation of your business.
    I wonder if Telnic agree with the bolded recommendations given above ?
