After observation the communication of Telnic I have found a rule when Telnic response to questions:
- Handling of .tel domains and services
- Outages and technical errors
- Technical support
Answers from Telnic won’t occur related to the following topics:
- Running, canceled or planned activities
- Development state and future developments
- Strategies
- Marketing
- Complaints
- Cancelation of services
- Suggestions for software (and other) improvements
Telnic have never announced it, but the second section was discontinued more than one year ago.
Telnic don't reveal any kind of information in these matters!!!
