OWD (open web device) what do you think about de OWD, with HTML5, the mobile will be all web, and the smartphone will be smart-feature phone... The new mobiles will be very, very cheap, only web... The prices will drop on iOS devices to block. Nobody gets a chance to dethrone apple. Even Facebook abandons its stupidly slow existing alternative route app technology, and joins the apple core. Rewriting natively for ios. Facebook just got thrown a lifeline by apple CEO Tim cook. Who even remembers a Nokia 3250 or whatever. But iPhone is still working exactly the same 5 years on. And prices will drop to block anybody taking on the idevices. . For now (no need to move to) it's about staying where the puck is. At least for a few more years. Webkit is THE browser. iOS is THE system (and now to make this even more absolute, android/google/Samsung alliance just gone SLAMMED! Apple has just won the only cases that mattered. USA INJUNCTIONS to BAN the sales of Samsung flagship telephones AND tablets in the USA) |
