    Succession Planning

I hate to bring up such a morbid topic at such a happy time of year but this is important and really is something we should all think about if our .tels are used for commercial purposes.

WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU OR A KEY PROVIDER DIES OR IS INCAPACITATED?

Beside myself, of course, I am particularly concerned about some of the great support being provided by this forum's .tel software gurus. What if one of them dies? Do all of their customers' .tels stop functioning when the support software's hosting bill doesn't get paid?

Right now there is no alternative for many of these services that we are starting to integrate into our sites. This is a recipe for disaster.

I'd appreciate a response to this thread by Telnic and also by the key software providers. What succession planning is in place to avert such a possible calamity?

    Dan
