    http://москва.аэропорт.tel - here is OK

    http://актобе.казахстан.аэропорт.tel - here not exist

    It appears that the subdomain "казахстан.аэропорт.tel" does not exist. It may have been renamed or deleted. All of the other subdomains appear to work ok.
