Drop - Down Maps on Mobile Aled / Telnic Could someone advise why with pro .tels when being viewed on a mobile, the map feature redirects and opens a new window - while with a telnames mobile version the map opens in drop-down format Obviously therefore - there appears no technical reason why this can't be done The dropdown version is visually better and is used across both pro tel and telnames versions when viewed in laptop format - so why not on both mobile versions Any chance this could be fixed and brought in line - thank you |

Year And a logout button for the app When i want to change account i need to uninstall And reinstall the app !? Or i am not looking good |
Dutch, I assume you refer to the MyTel app? When you start the app do you not see an "accounts" page where you can add multiple accounts and choose which to log into? |
Morning Aled I refer to the telnames app But i think thats a diffrent departement :-) When i am in my own account And i want to do some stuff in my friends account ? Were logout and login You already gave awnser, it is missing that "accounts" page i think hèhè mabey Or even beter just a login/logout button, because now i have to delete And Reinst app |

Hello Mike, Just to clarify, this isn't a bug, it's just that the different proxies have different behaviours. As mentioned, I've passed your suggestion on to the team but don't have any update on a forthcoming change currently. Thanks |
