    TelStats Decommissioning

In 2009 we created a tool for tracking visitors to your .tel site – TelStats. User feedback at the time, however, was that richer stats than those provided were required and the standard tool people were using for this was Google Analytics. As a result we integrated .tel domains with Google Analytics in 2011. Since that time we have maintained TelStats but this will be fully decommissioned on the week commencing 5th January 2015. As such we recommend that anyone still using the system who do not yet have Google Analytics also integrated do so before that date.

Please let me know if you have any questions.

There is little use of this method via Telmasters users. It is convenient, but since Google stopped embedding search keywords, Telstats was of little value for over a year now. Google Analytics is powerful but cumbersome to use with Tel sites.
