.tel Tools A number of tools have been produced for .tel, both by Telnic, and also by 3rd party developers. This thread has been created as a reference for all of these tools. As such, please refrain from discussion of the tools in this thread and use other threads for actual discussion. If you have a .tel tool please feel free to add it here, along with: - link to the tool - description of it's use - developer name - latest version and date of release - links to any discussions on this forum regarding the tool Please keep it to one post per tool, if ther are changes/updates, please update the post rather than add a new one. Other than the official Telnic tools, which I shall link to in the next thread, no other tools are affiliated with, or have been produced by Telnic. |

Visual .Tel Traffic Statistics Tool Statistical .Tel Traffic Viewer gives you a visual view of traffic visits to your .tel domain(s). This tool uses the initial source code framework for telstats.nic.tel to access your raw stats, but then extends the functionality by giving you a visual picture of your traffic. The tool produces a wide range of visual statistics including a basic report of site visit details, search term stats, search engine breakdown, popular domains and pages, initial and subsequent paths, etc. You can also see the actual query results. Spider traffic is reported but ignored. telDC telDC (.tel Directory Creator): It is created by Yestilo Web 2.0 application to create and manage .tel directories as described in http://dev.telnic.org/pages/directories.html It use the latest web technologies as HTML5, CSS3, AJAX and PHP. It automatizes the registering, updating, deleting, recover password... in fact, all the processes that lets everyone to submit it business to a .tel directory. With a pretty user interface based on usability and velocity that use AJAX to stop SPAM without any captcha and a solid codebase based on the PHP bridge of the TelHosting SOAP API, you can create a .tel directory, or, if you want a full proffessional installation, you can contact Yestilo. The source code is published under AGPLv3 license in http://gitorious.org/teldc, so it is libre software at all. telDC has a lot of uses because you can create a geographic directory, or create an internal directory for your institution in you don't want to remember all the departments telephones.
