    Hardly took any time at all and has monetisation via Amazon, eBay & Google AdSense included.

    Have you tried any affiliate image banners in one of the tia spots? Would this work with Amazon affiliate banners or CJ or some other aff network? I think this would be a nice way to 'dress up' a Tel and monetize at the same time.
