You can use a .tel link with the Telhosting control panel to redirect a .tel to another .tel.

    Don't do it!

It will be a masked redirect and not a 301 redirect with the disadvantage that you will create duplicated content for search engines.
(Google will index both .tel domains with the same content and will punish both .tel domains because of it.)

Instead you should adjust the name servers and use the redirect function of your domain provider.
