    Very interesting compilation about WIPOs. Is important to know, but more important is don't try to earn money with this practises.

    I though is important to explain completly because there are people who thinks to earn money with domains and first intention is occupy some domains of trademarks or popular person. Is important explain that is not the best way to earn money with domains.

    You're right.

    People should avoid registering a trademark as domain name, since they violate the trademarks owners right to register it for its own purposes.

    If somebody does it anyway, he just spends useless money for registration fees ans can expect legal problems after.
