I recommend not to talk about an invention that isn't led by people who are interested in its success.

Your complaint has been submitted!
Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention
Please note;
If your complaint is not about a limited company that is shown as active at Companies House Companies House Register we will not progress the matter and you may wish to consider bringing it to the attention of your local trading standards office.
If the company you want to complain about has gone into administration, receivership or liquidation (it is being 'wound up'), contact the official receiver (OR) or insolvency practitioner (IP) responsible for the case. Check the Companies House Register if you do not know the name of the OR or IP.
What happens next;
Please read our publication ‘Company Investigations: what we do’. When considering the content of your complaint, we may;
- carry out a confidential investigation
- contact you to seek more information
- pass your complaint on to another public body who is better placed to deal with the matters raised where we are legally able to do so
Confidentiality;
For the investigative process to be effective it is essential that we maintain confidentiality at all stages. Not only does this ensure that a company is not alerted in advance to any investigations or inquiries that may be being made into it, but it also acknowledges the commercial sensitivity surrounding inquiries by this department into actively trading companies.
We must be extremely careful not to prejudice a business by revealing in advance what action, if any, we propose to take in response to any complaint that we receive.
This requirement for confidentiality at all stages extends even to communications with complainants themselves. We cannot tell you what action, if any, we intend to take in response to your complaint. Nor can we provide you with updates at any point.
One possible outcome of our investigations, however, is that the company complained about may be wound up by the court on the petition of this department. In that event there is quite often some publicity surrounding the matter, particularly in the local area.

I don't think it could be a tax shelter because with loses there is still a cost but it is less than the loss.Expert wrote:One possibility could be that Telnic continues to operate in secret without any concrete plans and activities.
Meanwhile the shareholders could arrange small, but regular cash injections just to cover the monthly expenses.
Telnic could survive without profits as tax shelter scheme for the shareholders.
