If I were Khashayar Mahdavi, I would now quickly submit the balance sheet for 2013 (what he has tried to prevent for one year).

Maybe Calder & Co. will act more wisely now:

I love Telnic. They always have so strange and funny ideas - and absolutely no sense about how to run a business.

Yes, in a way Telnic's actions are very entertaining!

BAD NEWS - it seems Companies House have entered an incorrect Next Accounts Due date shown above as 30/04/2014 on their web site.
I have just had a phone conversation with them and apparently on 18/03/2015 (2 days ago when both Telnic Ltd. and Telnames Ltd. accounts were due) they again used the legal loophole - shortening the Accounting Reference Date by 1 day giving them a further 3 months to submit their accounts - the correct Due Date which should be shown on Companies House records for both companies is 18/06/2015.
The games being played by Telnic Ltd. and Telnames Ltd. to delay the submission of their 2013 accounts continue !
There appear to be no plans by Companies House (who only obey Company Law as laid down by the Government) to plug this legal loophole.

Does this mean that Telnic can continue changing the ARD for the year 2013 every three months forever - without limitation?

Re: Telnic pulls a cunning move !
For at least 5 years Telnic have been using a unique business strategy which can best be summarized in the following aphorism:
F**k Our Customers
Enough time has elapsed to make a conclusion about the efficacy of this approach: it doesn't work!

Re: Telnic pulls a cunning move !
I renewed several of my premium .tels today !
Why you may wonder with all the current Telnic/Telnames issues ?
Well IMO Telnic/Telnames will be handing over the reins of the .tel project in the next few months - the coffers to pay for salaries/expenses and operating costs (including substantial ICANN fixed & variable costs) must be getting close to empty by now !

I doubt it! Telnic cut all costs by firing all employees and closing the London office. They are prepared now to survive the next years without revenues.

Re: Telnic pulls a cunning move !
@TelBlogger, @Holstern
There's not much point in hanging around the TelTalk Forum unless you at least believe in the .TEL idea (a single point of contact that works seamlessly on all internet devices) though no doubt you would agree with me that Telnic's IMPLEMENTATION of that idea has been a disaster !
It's obviously impossible for any of us to be certain of .TEL's future until it is clear if/when someone else is given the opportunity and is prepared to pick up the reins.
My reading of the situation - and BTW both Kash and Ian Bowen-Morris say on their personal .tels that the Percy Street office is still open - is that the change in Registerd Office (also reflected on the Telnic/Telnames company web sites) to the new accountants' address is in preparation for the sale of the two companies in the very near future.
Remember if they don't take action in 2015 they have to apply to ICANN for renewal (it's not automatic) of the .TEL licence in 2016 - my guess is that there could be some valid objections submitted to ICANN if they attempt this - not least of which would be their financial situation in another 12 months time !
On the basis of the above logic I've taken a punt and renewed (the cost is not that much at Name.com) several of my premium .tels - I may be proved right or wrong in doing this - TIME WILL VERY SHORTLY .TEL !

I understand Mike's opinion completely. But since Telnic don't speak for many years, we can't know what their plans are.
Like Maxi wrote, maybe Kash is planning to buy the company for $1.

I expect him doing this smarter than the last time when Telnic founded Telnames.MWX wrote:Like Maxi wrote, maybe Kash is planning to buy the company for $1.
This time he'll found a new company not associated to his real name.
Perhaps he'll use the names of family members or other partners.

One thing is for sure: IF .tel will ever get a second chance, it'll last many, many years to recover from Telnic.

Re: Telnic pulls a cunning move !
Just for the record, here the expected reaction from ICANN:
Thank you for submitting a Registry Other complaint concerning the top-level domain .tel. ICANN has reviewed and closed your complaint because:
- Your complaint is incomplete (i.e., lacks sufficient detail) or is too broad (lacks sufficient specificity). If you have grounds to believe that .tel may be in breach of its Registry Agreement (RA), or any of the ICANN's Consensus Policies, please submit a new ticket and provide a detailed explanation.
ICANN considers this matter now closed. If you require future assistance, please submit a new complaint to ICANN at http://www.icann.org/resources/compliance/complaints .
