Telnic would save a lot of energy which now he spends on things which could be avoided by simple legal means - simply developing TEL. Now, working days and nights on this, he will exaust his health badly. : )

Further to my post at http://www.teltalk.org/t1733p175-telnic-pulls-a-cunning-move#16282 the Accounts for both the Registry Telnic Ltd and its 100% owned subsidiary Telnames Ltd are still OVERDUE according to Companies House !
Interestingly there is a change of Company Director info filed for both companies very recently on 13 December 2016.
Overdue Accounts - Change of Director info - Come on Kash - What is going on at Telnic/Telnames now that ICANN have given you a 10-year .TEL extension ?
You are going to have be open about the future of Telnic/Telnames if you want to keep current users/developers/investors onboard with .TEL !
