The problem is a Telnic customer who used to pay $10 yearly won't switch if he has to pay $35.90 now.
The falling customer numbers are clearly the fault of Telnic, because they created their own competitor with Telnames.
Do you know what the most interesting fact is?
Registration numbers started falling constantly exactly that time when Telnames launched in spring last year.
Everybody why bought a prototype will be angry if the final product will be delivered to the competition.
