Lady Gaga's 'Little Monsters' social network is a Pinterest clone
The pop world's most controversial dresser and queen of Twitter and YouTube is launching her very own social network. Aptly named "Little Monsters" (that's what she calls her fans), the site's leaked beta screenshots suggest her cult community network closely resembles that of the rising Pinterest.
With over 19 million Twitter followers, 47 million Facebook fans, 330,000 Google+ followers and billions upon billions of views on her YouTube videos, Gaga seems well fortified to launch her own social network.
Currently in invite-only beta, Little Monsters is created by Backplane and is a combination of Pinterest and Reddit. Members are encouraged to create and share Gaga-related content, then "pin" them up for fellow "Monsters" to vote up and down.
