His performances seem unrealistic, but greatly exaggerated.

His acting looks too theatralic. In my opinion he isn't a good actor.

Really good actors do not act but live in their roles. Justin, as I see it, during his acting does not forget that he is acting. Surely, he tries to do his job as good as he can, but it still remains his "job".
Also, perhaps he needs to do some cosmetics with the wart under the left corner of his lips – now that wart takes too much attention.
Besides, such warts on the face sometimes could indicate a presence of the tumor inside of the body. So, may be, it would be not a mistake if he will do deep check of his health.

Exactly! He's not an actor; he's only TRYING to set the scene.
He did a better job at Telnic.

Justin has had only one truly outstanding acting role. It was working at Telnic and convincing s u c k e r s to buy the worst domain extension ever created, .s h i t; sorry .tel. That was the performance of a lifetime.

The biggest success of a Telnic employee until today:
Justin Hayward just won the Grand Jury Award for best Horror/Sci-fi screenplay at Flickers’ Rhode Island International Film Festival for ‘Ghost Species’:

That is not comparable to his performance at Telnic. Fortunately, he has found a mission that suits him better.
