The successful internet start-ups happen on existing platforms, as example as new service under a domain of the World Wide Web or as app for cell phones.
Tel should be considered as the same which means it is only the base for ideas.
We have to wait if creative people will be able to adopt Tel for an idea attracting millions of users.
