The status of .tel after 4 ½ years and what will happen next!?

Telnic has no intention to develop the pro .tels any further.

Telnic has no intention to develop a .tel directory beyond the careless format of Telpages.

Telnames won’t provide any sub domains.

If the registration numbers for .tel continue to fall in the same speed as in the last 2 years, latest in 3 years not a single .tel domain will be registered anymore.

The registrations of new .tels at Telnames are still at the beginning and started to fall 6 months ago.

Telnic refuses the smallest improvements, even if they are obvious, reasonable and undoubtedly advantageous.

Telnic doesn’t allow anyone to develop valuable add-ons for .tel.

Telnic is working in secret and excludes explicitly everyone from participation (customers, forum members, developers and partners).

Telnic tries to maintain the reputation of Telnames while Telnic accords others to destroy the reputation of Telnic and the whole TLD .tel without any resistance.

.tel domains are extremely restricted in many ways.

Telnic prevents all innovation and competition around .tel.

Telnic doesn’t give any signs that the company is still operating.

Do I exaggerate? I doubt it!
I would love to know the point of view from Telnic itself, but nobody at Telnic is willing to speak to customers.
What do you expect from a company acting like this?

some smart guys will buy telnic for 1 or 2 million then and will start developing .tel
i know 2 or 3 candidates for it already
i guess the next time they will be more careful by hiding their identities to avoid the same disaster with the duplicity at telnic and telnames
it should be easy to turn .tel into a profitable business in a few years only

The public relation at Telnic is definitely the worst I have ever seen.
Why Telnic don’t treat their customers like they act under the name Telnames?
Since Telnames customers are favored, it shows especially that Telnic think only of themselves, but they don't have the customers in mind.

This is not entirely true.
Other companies have bad public relation, too.

WhatsApp is a very good example for it. WhatsApp doesn’t care about customer complaints and ignores them the same way like Telnic.
WhatsApp never cared about the security holes in the app and the public reactions to it. And still millions of people are using WhatsApp.

But WhatsApp has the advantage to sell a product for a very cheap price that brings real benefit to the users.
Telnic demands a higher price and instead of concentrating on customer benefits Telnic splits the advantages of one product into two offers at two different companies.
Of course, this behavior scares the customers away.
