Innovation: Forward-looking concept with poor implementation
Success: Strong fall-back and continued relapse of already one third of all registrations
Design: Not acceptable at Telnic and too many restrictions at Telnames
Development: Incomparably slow and no consideration of important customer requirements
Search engine performance: Last place by far in comparison with all other existing TLDs: http://www.teltalk.org/t1327-tel-in-comparison-with-other-tlds
Customer service: Negligence of the strongest and most important costumer group
Community support: Large differences in interests between operator and customers
    Communication: Avoidance of open discussions
Creditableness of the TLD sponsor: Development canceled since years; operator not reachable for comments
Outlook: Economically unviable with the current characteristic

I tried to be realistic! My evaluation sounds merciless, but do I exaggerate? I don’t think so!

IMO Fair Comment - but unfortunately it won't change anything - only when the money runs out (or gets close to doing so) will change be forced upon Telnic Ltd.

In the meantime it's a good idea to develop your own .Tel Survival Plan !
