Interesting that you use .co for your comparison.
.co and .tel have a similar number of registered domains.
I understand from your diagram that .tel hasn't accomplished anything during the last 4 years.
But it doesn't mean it couldn't create a new market if .tel gets developed (what obviously isn't the case yet).
