Goodbye, .tel!

Not too many words from my side:
I found somebody willing to continue the administration of this forum. This person likes to stay unnamed.
We all know there is no future for .tel as long it's operated by Telnic. But who knows? Maybe one day another entity will take over business from Telnic.
Thank you for your support during the last year. I wish you all the best in the future!

It happens very rarely that a registry hands over the support of a top-level domain to another company.
It's more likely that Telnic remains in charge and registrations are falling strongly close to zero domains in the coming years.
And even if Telnic isn't able to continue operation, it doesn't mean that a successor will repair all the damages Telnic has caused.
Whatever happens, the most likely event is that .tel will be forgotten for many decades.
