The problem is that theirs looks better than the actual .tels.

I think many of us can find content of their domains on these sites. (When looking, do not print name of your domain at any of this sites - because then it will grab your content!)

At site 4-tel_соm at the left upper corner there is a link to “Download на sourceforge” downloading which everyone can make the similar sites – which will use stolen contents from our TEL-sites.

If Tel-project owners would have a lot of money to hire a lawyer, everyone of us would be able to punish the thief and to resolve this problem. Unfortunately, at the moment not everyone can allow himself to make these actions.

May be Telnic can talk with Google about this issue? It would be enough if Google or Google Adsense would expel such websites from his search or adsense services. Then, perhaps, this one and another thieves of TEL contents would stop their dirty tricks. I think that for Google it would be not difficult to select automatically websites which steal content from TELs.

Now, if nothing will be done, that will mean, that thieves are favored and honest people who creates their projects are discriminated.

May be telnic should also work on addressing such issues? as there is limited control on hosting from a customer point of view..
Something like youtube has "Not to allow thirdparty sites to embed the video" or whatever that addresses these kind of issues..

    no problem mate
you can also send your complaints to the hosting company & registrar (http://supportcenter.godaddy.com/Abu....aspx?ci=22420), submit to Google @ http://www.google.com/dmca.html (google has a zero tolerance on copyright issues, just fax them your complaint) Google will remove such sites from it's index. Make sure that you put a TOS & privacy policy & copyright terms before you approach this route.

Such complaints are considered very seriously in most of the cases.

    hope this helps
