    Bt and mail hosting

Have a couple of web hosting accounts with BT, (yes I know) which up to now have let me use their MX record and email services for some of my .tels. Now it appears .tels are no longer valid domain names for this service. Which is weird as I have several working wel with it. Tried to contact them over a month ago email, phone etc. (yes I know it's BT I should have known better) no response.

Telnic used to recommend BTtelnames as registrars, I even have one registered with them.

Anyone else use them, and having problems, or what email host is best to get a you@yourdomain.tel mailbox service?
