. Hi Bill, and Paulza, Thank you so much, for your feedback. I guess that a good domain name with "eco", or "green", could be very valuable to a company, or to make a directory. And about cash- and gamer sites: Is mabe "cashgames" more important for someone, than just "cash"? If you want to sell cash games, than "cashgames" could be very useful. Furthermore, a lot of company names are not only key word names. That is why I like to create two worded names, which make some sense. I think, that the thinking, that keyword domain names, are the non-plus-ultra, come from the Dot Com era. And companies may have chosen "paint.com", or "games", "paper", or "tea", to direct to their websites. Or a candy manufacturer could take "candy.com", and make a webshop for his enterprise, even it it has a other name. But today, things have changed, and there are a lot of other great domains, besides of Dot Com. With the Dot Tel domain, it makes more sense, to use names put together out of two words, because you are offering the companies contact information, for example. And so, the name of the .Tel domain should ideally correspond to the name of the company. Same name. If its, a Dot Com, it might be ok, to just have a keyword name, but if it is a Dot Tel, it is a whole different thing. Furthermore, today, a lot of people want to know, if a product or service is "eco" or "green", and that is why it is important to have that within the domain name. Thinking, and demands are changing towards a more ecological and sustainable thinking, and so will the domain names change and be favored. . |
