Let's forget for a moment that Telnic provide also some templates.
If we take a look only at the template from Telnames it looks clean, nice and is easy to customize.

But I see a big problem when looking at the websites: EVERY domain of Telnames looks the same.
If we ignore the background pictures, then there is absolutely no difference between ALL of them.

If you are the owner of a SMB, do you want that your website looks exactly like the websites of all other SMBs? Surely not!
As a business owner I want to have the flexibility to point out what describes my business the best. That can be text, pictures, videos, vouchers OR contact data.

Therefore we really need more flexibility:
o SMBs need to place content on top, in the middle OR at the bottom.
o SMBs need to accent particular sections.
o SMBs need the freedom to decide themselves what content they want to integrate.
o SMBs need at least a little bit of scope for design.

Mobile internet use is rising more and more, so Telnames can get a small share of this potential market growth.
But if Telnames want to play an important role on mobile platforms, they still have to advance their product.
At this stage Telnames won’t become a bestseller!

The funny thing is Telnic / Telnames don't accept advices or requests from domain owners.
Instead of listening to their customers needs first they rather play trial and error!

Giving your customers what they want (or can be persuaded to desire) is FUNDAMENTAL TO BUSINESS SUCCESS !

You don't need a course at Harvard Business School to understand this !

So it logically follows that many forum members, notably software developers and domain investors, are no longer considered worthwhile customers by Telnic/Telnames.

What other conclusion can be drawn from the current (lack of) response by Telnic/Telnames to experienced domain owners requests and concerns ?
