Apple’s latest operating system, Mountain Lion, was released two weeks ago and has been the talk of Apple fans ever since. If the anticipation for Mountain Lion tells us anything about the buzz surrounding Apple’s next mobile operating system, iOS 6, we should be in store for some more record download numbers. Apple announced iOS 6 at Apple’s Word Wide Developers conference, however, it is still only available for developers, with rest of us getting access in the fall – likely September of October. The careful timing on the iOS 6 release date appears to align perfectly with the release of the iPhone 5, iPad Mini, new iPods and the upcoming holiday season.
