    Mytel search box missing!

I am trying to put in a direction, using mytel app!
Now i notice there is no box to put in the adres or coordinates!
You can Just use the arrow to point the location but i dont now where this location is!
So i can not search the whole planet to find this location!
    Is this normal ?
Do you forget to put the searchbox ?
    Am i missing somthing ?
its nice to fine tweak a location Ive you now where it is, But not heaving a searchbox is a big missing and makes it limited in my opinion, on the iphone anyway!

    Hello Dutch,

This has always been the case on the myTel app. You can use it to set your current location as the location on the map, or change the location using the map.

I think it's a very useful feature for an individual to be able to set their .tel to reflect their exact location using MyTel. It may not match your requirements here, but you need to remember that MyTel has not been built specifically for building directories, but to allow .tel owners to update and maintain their .tel while on the move.

    HTML5 Geo Aware

About a year ago I wrote a test "where am I now" application in HTML5 that grabs the current location via geo-aware sensing and writes it to your .tel domain periodically. It uses OpenAuth and is ideal for mobiles. If any one has an interesting use for it, I can turn it into a real app. Maybe Henri can add a similar feature to Mytel?
