    Telnic,

    The present image (logo) scaling on desktop and mobile proxies needs to be adjusted to display the correct aspect ratio of the input image based on max height of 78 pix.

    It SHOULD NOT be scaled down to 78 pix X 78 pix, which makes natural photographs of people look fatter than normal.

    Many tel Users have complained about this.

    Thanks.

    Telcp, if the user uses a square image, then there is no issue with the scaling, is there?

    @aled I think Telcp wants the proxy to do that automatically. That's not the right way to do it due to the performamce hit. The correctly scaled image needs to be hosted as is. IMO, the solution is to provide the ability to scale, or select portions of the image within the CTH and allow Telnic to host the altered image on a Telnic server.

    @Aled,

    Thanks for the response.
    Square images are OK with logos.
    But hard to get square portraits, therefore needs to maintain the aspect ratio.

    @Mark,

    Thanks for the response.
    I have portraits uploaded to my servers with sizes 78x60 expecting CTH/Proxies do not resize them.
    However CTH maintains the uploaded ratio.
    It is the the proxies that are resizing the images to 78x78.

    So it is happening somewhere between the CTH and Proxies.
