Contact information - Add new item:

Would it be possible to move the "Go to a .tel" option from the bottom (hidden part) of the drop down menu to the top (top half at least) ? Not having to scroll all the way to the bottom would save a lot of time. Adding a .tel link must be one of the more popular actions - surely more frequently used than XMPP, FTP or SIP, whatever they are. I'm suffering from scroll fatigue!

I agree with this. Telnic please consider this.

What would also be helpful is to store the last selected action in a "Session" variable and offer that up as the default - so once you are editing in the CTH and select one action from the dropdown list that then becomes the default selection - usually you are performing the same action repeatedly, such as adding "Go to .tel" or "Web Page" links one after the other.
