    phonegap is good as first step for Android, I think
    for website, i recomend wordpress.
    from beginers to experts, there are lots of thing to learn from WP.
    At first, just start blog with it and enjoy.
    changing theme is fun. 
    (oh, i want more templates for .tel)
    and install plugin as you like.
    there are so many kinds of plug-in in WP.
    try as many as you can.
    install, install, install,delete, delete, delete
    since numbers of plugin increase, WP gets hevier
    then you might be interested in CSS, and PHP
    but WP's CSS and PHP is too complicated for beginers.
    start from most simple one.
    but don't worry.
    without any knowledge of programming, you can make good looking website with wordpress.
