Question about keyword fields Sorry if this question has been asked and answered a thousand times, but I find the search function on the forum useless: Is there a way to specify the order in which keyword fields are shown? It looks like multiple keyword fields are shown in random order, and I'd like them arranged in a prearranged (chronological) way. |

It's not currently possible to specify the order of keyword elements. Do you know how large the entry will be? An alternative could be to use the free text keyword section, which can accept up to 2,000 characters, alternatively some ouners use the "note" record field if they have text they wish to present in a certain order. |
Thank you, Aled and Bunjie. Aled, the entry is more than 2,000 characters. It could be broken up over several free text keyword fields, but that only works for me if the fields display in the proper order. I don't think the note record field is suitable either, so I guess I won't be using a .tel for this. Thanks again. |
