Affiliate Ads How-to I've used affiliate ads from commission Junction and other Affiliate programs on a standard website many times but I haven't used them on .Tel. have a couple questions: > When you get the code from CJ do you select the HTML or JavaScript format? > any restrictions or preferences on the type or size of the ad or text link? > Where do you place this code to get it to show on your .Tel site? Hi Dan, I see no one has fielded this question for you, so, here's my experience: I personally use the html as a standard to prevent problems where java may not be used. I use the text html link in contact entries on a .tel page, usually masked for appearance behind a subdomain that I create from a domain I own. Ad sizes have to match, like 468x60 and 250x250, etc., but the code doesn't appear to work with current space, so I use the approved image to comply with merchant creative rules, but I have it hosted much like an email image on my space, with a text html link behind it. TelMasters.com and Teldomains.pl have the tools that can help you store image urls and link urls for display on your .tel page together in the Ad Space(s).
